Content usage: The content in this course is the intellectual property of Compass Maven LLC and is only accessible to registered course members. By registering for this course, you agree that you will NOT share, lend, sell, distribute, copy, or in any other way disseminate the contents of this course. If you violate these conditions, you acknowledge that Compass Maven LLC may take appropriate legal action. 

Confidentiality and Privacy: By registering for this course, you acknowledge that the information shared within this course by yourself and other members is confidential, as allowed by law.

Participating in a group coaching environment requires building and maintaining trust amongst participants. Therefore, you agree not to share stories or personal information shared by other participants of the course during group coaching calls with anyone outside the course. What participants share in group coaching stays amongst the group. 

You also agree to foster a supportive atmosphere for your fellow participants. Additionally, Compass Maven LLC reserves the right to remove any participant from the course who creates a negative or hostile environment for other participants, and the removed participant(s) will NOT be refunded.

Compass Maven LLC uses Cognito Forms for course registration processing, Square for payment processing, and MailChimp and G Suite for contact storage and email communications, so please read their privacy policies for further information on how those companies process and protect data. Compass Maven LLC also uses Facebook to host the From WTF? To F Yeah! Facebook group, which is therefore subject to Facebook's privacy policy.

By registering for this course, you acknowledge that Compass Maven LLC may email you regarding course content, blog posts, updates, programs, workshops, events, new offerings, promotions, and freebies.

Refunds: All purchases of the From WTF? To F Yeah! course are final. No refunds will be issued.

Acknowledgment: You acknowledge that this document is the entire agreement between you (the purchaser) and Compass Maven LLC, and reflects a complete understanding of the parties with respect to the From WTF? To F Yeah! course.

This document supersedes all prior representations or statements (written or oral) and goes into effect upon date of purchase.
